As a component of a holiday gift, I recently gave my parents an American Express gift card. I had it sent to me so I could wrap it with the other parts of the gift. Along with the card, the envelop included five pages of legal fine print. Insane; my parents would have been lost and nervous had they received the gift card directly.

Web 2.0 Going Really Mainstream
I noticed that American Express now lets customers tag charges. For example, I can tag an expense as “business”, “tech”, and “none of your business”. Kinda cool, although I won’t use it.
