Article: Free To Speak

The Consumer Electronics Show, the largest consumer electronics trade show of the year, wrapped up in early January. Both articles focused on VoIP-capable handsets, although the Personal Finance article, which comes out on January 25, includes stock recommendations.

Future Computing Trends

Two days ago, an article of mine about the next big trends in computer networking technology was published in High Tech Bulletin. The two trends focused on are BitTorrent and grid computing.

High Tech Bulletin is a twice-monthly e-zine written by Gregg Early and often features guest writers, including in-house people like myself.

Today, Wired has an article about how BitTorrent founder Bram Cohen has struck a deal with MPAA to clean material that is illegal to distribute from BitTorrent site search results. This news is both timely and relevant to my article.
